Proper posture:

  • Organises the bones and joints of your body into correct alignment

It would be ideal if someone could always look at our body from the side perspective to prompt us into a more perfect vertical line;

  • from our ear hole 
  • through our shoulder joint 
  • hip and 
  • on to our mid-foot (just between the ankle and the ball of the foot)
