*I’m a shift worker, and we are well known for eating badly, working horrible hours, and letting our bodies go. But when I moved to Sydney more than three years ago I resolved to try to change at least one of these habits.
I FIRST SAW MATT TRAINING A GROUP ON THE BEACH AND STRAIGHT AWAY I KNOW HE’D BE ABLE TO HELP
The first thing I told Matt was that I really didn’t like training in gyms…NO PROBLEM.
Matt’s sessions are run mostly outdoors in the fresh air. I told him my work hours were horrible and I worked all over the place…NO PROBLEM. Matt has groups early mornings and evenings most days.
I told him I didn’t DO too early a morning…NO PROBLEM.
Matt will (and has) go out of his way to accommodate.
I’ve been with Matt now for three years. I’ve seen lasting improvements in my fitness, and my energy levels, and while
I still don’t DO too early a morning, I DO enjoy starting the day with Matt’s humor, his encouragement, and his dedication to his clients.
Plus training on a stunning beach as the sun comes up, then a dip in the ocean, isn’t too bad a way to start the day.
