​*​I’ve been involved in sport and exercise for many years. Soccer, Squash and Aerobics to name a few. During this time I’ve had numerous injuries (mostly knee and calf problems). Always searching for better ways to increase my cardio fitness, strength and stamina in ways that won’t wreck my body and allow me to still walk ok when I’m 50! I was very glad to meet Matt.


I wasn’t really looking for a personal trainer at the time, Matt encouraged me to do a fitness test and a couple of sessions with him to further understand the options he could provide.

I’ve not looked back since and have continued training with him for the last year now. Matt gives 150% when working with you, my body fat percentage has reduced by 12%. Matt is very knowledgeable in all areas of exercise and health, always letting me know about healthy eating tips and anything else he feels will improve my fitness.

I love the boxing that we incorporate into my workouts as I love the cardio and strength components of it. Matt brings experience to this area, in times before I’ve only been encouraged to hit the pads as hard as I can without much technique at all. Now I can confidently say that I have learnt the basics of boxing and how it’s done correctly.

Our workouts have changed my body shape incredibly, we work out on Coogee beach or in the gym, in the sun, by the surf overlooking the green Coogee turf.
